By accessing or using the LGC AIDC platform (aidc.lgc.inc), you agree to these Terms. If you represent an organization, you warrant authority to bind that organization.
LGC AIDC provides AI-powered industrial automation tools for PLC code review, network audit, code generation, and related engineering services across three intelligence layers (L1, L2, L3).
You must provide accurate information. Each account is for a single organization (tenant). Sharing access codes or credentials outside your organization is prohibited. Beta Pilot accounts are valid for 30 days from signup.
L1 services are free and unlimited. L2 and L3 services consume credits per your tier allocation. Overage is charged per credit at the rate set out in your service agreement; your own applicable rate and current charges are shown in your Account settings. Paid tiers are invoiced in arrears at month close: your subscription, any overage, and any credit top-ups for that month are billed together on a single invoice issued after the month ends. Credits do not roll over between months.
Files uploaded to LGC AIDC are processed in memory and discarded after the response by default. Persistent storage (Document Vault) and the searchable Knowledge Base are opt-in and admin-controlled; when enabled, you can delete your data at any time. Customer files are not used to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You retain all rights to your uploaded files, code, and configurations. LGC retains all rights to the platform, tools, algorithms, and generated outputs structure (not content). Generated code and documents based on your inputs are yours to use.
You shall not: (a) reverse-engineer the platform, (b) share access credentials, (c) use the platform for illegal purposes, (d) attempt to extract training data or model weights, (e) exceed rate limits or abuse the API.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the engagement. See the separate NDA for detailed terms.
LGC AIDC is provided "as-is." Generated code, reviews, and recommendations are advisory and must be verified by qualified engineers before use in production systems. LGC's liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, any data you have stored is deleted; by default nothing you upload is retained beyond the response. Paid subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be resolved in the Tokyo District Court.
