Account information (name, email, company) provided at signup. Usage metrics (call counts, timestamps) for billing and platform improvement. By default we do not retain the content of files you upload — files are processed in memory and discarded after the response. Content is stored only if a tenant admin opts in to Document Vault or the Knowledge Base.
By default, all files (PLC code, network configs, EPMS tags, SOOs) are processed in memory and discarded after the response — not written to storage or the search index. Persistent storage is opt-in: a tenant admin can enable Document Vault (original files) or the Knowledge Base (searchable index), and each consent is recorded to an append-only log. When enabled, you can delete any file, your whole vault or knowledge base, or purge all your data at any time — deletion is irreversible.
L2 and L3 features use the Anthropic Claude API. Your content is processed only to serve your requests and is not used to train AI models. L1 features use no AI — they are deterministic rule engines running in our own environment.
Account data and usage metrics are stored in our managed cloud database, hosted in the Tokyo (Japan) region. Credit ledgers and billing records are retained for the duration of your account plus 7 years for tax compliance.
We do not sell, share, or disclose your data to third parties except: (a) Anthropic (Claude API) for L2/L3 processing, where your content is not used to train models, (b) our cloud infrastructure provider for hosting, (c) as required by Japanese law.
You may request account deletion at any time by contacting info@lgc.inc. Upon deletion, all account data, usage history, and any stored files or knowledge-base content are permanently removed. Billing and invoice records are retained for tax compliance.
We use a single session cookie (iiot_token) for authentication. HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies.
This policy complies with Japan's Act on Protection of Personal Information (APPI), GDPR principles, and SOC 2 Type II requirements (certification in progress).
